Activating dispenser containing empty tubes crashes Minecraft #817

Mods: Minechem 5.0.5.406 MCP 9.05 Minecraft Forge 10.13.4.1558 CoFHCore 3.1.1

When activating a dispenser with at least 8 empty tubes inside of it, the game crashes. If you do not have at least 8 empty tubes inside of the dispenser, then all of the tubes get destroyed. Because there are chemical buckets for dispensing and picking up chemicals, you may as well remove the ability for chemicals to be dispensed from test tubes. Log File: http://pastebin.com/QbDBJJte
