Some new icons for Fuzzytime #1

Hi,

here is where I got so far. These two icons are in the Inkscape-editable svg file. Each border is it's own layer, so it's easily editable.

I edited only the chrome.manifest, but not the chrome.jar.manifest. Therefore some rework (for e.g. at buildscript) is needed after this commit.
