What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. input Video name xxx
2. Click Record
3. Then Stop

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
xxx.flv it shows , but it can't be played .... just see an error image on the 
right side

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
demo site

Need better setup instructions, on my ubuntu lampp server it records audio and 
video but will only play back audio, I have ffmpeg installed, latest version. 
Where does the uploaded file go? nothing gets into the file list, files load 
into the files directory just fine, but again no video playback. I sure like 
what this program is about but need more instruction.

Sorry about that there is various versions of ffmpeg /red5 and so on.

Looks like a problem with your particular ffmpeg.
