Added syncing bot skill in server options menu with g_spSkill #600

For some reason bot skill in the server starting screen is always Bring It On. This change syncs this value with the cvar g_spSkill, which is already used for the skill level for the single player mode. Feels quite intuitive and might be useful for those who train/play with bots often.
