Option to hide on "People also ask"? #413

Recently uBlacklist started showing the "Block this site" link on each line of the "People also ask" section on Google, and personally I find this quite intrusive. Among the regular search results it takes up relatively little space, but in that section it's 50% of the text.

The behaviour doesn't seem consistent, sometimes it only shows up on one of the links, sometimes a few, sometimes none. I think it may depend on if I have opened that specific dropdown on previous occasions. (Even page force reload doesn't reset this "memory", I had to search in a private window to take the screenshot of the "default" state.)
