Bing search result list for "EXPLORE FURTHER" is not blocked #445

Expected Behavior

Bing search results list for "EXPLORE FURTHER" should not include blocked websites.

Actual Behavior

Bing search result list for "EXPLORE FURTHER" is not blocked.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. add "://blog.csdn.net/"
  2. Enable bing search
  3. The website still appears in the "EXPLORE FURTHER" result list of Bing search.

Specifications

What version of Bing are you using? (Mobile or Desktop?)

If possible, a search query to reproduce the issue and a screenshot would be really helpful.
