Host the WebAPI on Azure #11

Create an Azure account and host your WebAPI on it. Provide a base URL and help URLs when the API is hosted in order for the rest of the people to access it. Provide this info as a Wiki.

I hosted the WebAPI. The issue may be closed :wink:
