Fixed calvados_bootstrap.cfg path issue and cleanup of upgrade_matrix… #16

Fix 1: In OE based image, symlink for calvados_bootsrap.cfg path ie removed. So added fix to use absolute path of calvados_bootsrap.cfg. Fix 2: Added fix to cleanup upgrade_matrix directory in gisobuild
