Method to add offsets or defaults to sensors #1

Need a method to add defaults or offsets to sensors such as compasses and tilt sensors in the event that there is a known calibration issue. Should apply the offset and track in the file.

Similar to how xrwrap.advance_time_mins function operates for clock shifts.
