RBR *.rsk file parsing #7

RBR quartz data from the BB23 field trip did not convert to netcdf. One file output 7 days and one did not work. Needs looking into... @iosonobert

There may be a bug with pyRSKtools which prevents pressure conversion of the shallow water models, hence no data on that one file. Ticket open with RBR on this so hopefully a resolution soon.

Ah yes the 7 day file was just a RAM limitation when doing it with the field laptop. Will rerun.
