I am getting Invalid consumer always. #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I used correct OAuth Consumer Key:   www.example.com
OAuth Consumer Secret : fdsfsdfsdfsfsdfs
2. and access example/request_token.php 
3. getting Invalid Consumer always. 

I should have token string here.
