Buffering slide images #2

Add option to be able to buffer all imagery on slides.

May be able to address buffering using new add/remove/update slide public methods added in v1.0.12.

No idea really. Just a reminder to possibly add something like this down the road. 

Basically only load in x width worth of slides for efficiency and store the rest somewhere to max the framerate.
