[ENH] Phenotype browser - reset default sort when clicking again on the "Phenotype browser" nav link #1030

clicking again on the "Phenotype browser" nav link should not do anything. All functionalities using clicking on same tool nav link are disabled to fix bugs with same tool navigation.

A "reset default sort" function should be tied to a new user interface.
