Add gene profiles state to user

Background

Add new feature of saving gene profiles state as part of the user information and when login to load the stored in backend state.

Aim

To save and load gene profiles state depending on the logged in user.

Implementation

Load user's gene profiles state when logged in and clicked on Gene profiles tab (/users/user_gp_state). Save state on every change the user makes on the saved properties (highlighted rows, opened tabs, order by, sort by, search input and header columns order and visibility) using debounce function.
