Provide optional color output for nodes #1

This helps to visually differentiate the nodes a little bit.

It is an optional feature that can be activated by installing the colorama module, or by installing iotlabaggregator with the color_serial extra.

I like the idea, however with a command line switch to start/stop it. I will PR you with modifications for this.

I updated the version to 1.4.0 and released it to all sites with color_serial support.
