In this PR I implemented the Travis CI integration as discussed before.

In this repository only the port is tested. We leave the OS testing for the contiki-ng repository.

In this commit I broke, on purpose, the m3 platform. I got the red flag in this moment.

You need to activate the travis and github integration before merging this.
