Update OpenOCD to 0.10.0 #3

The current OpenOCD version is 0.9.0 and prevents users to provide support for recent nodes (example: nucleo-l073 from ST).

It would be great to update the version to 0.10.0.

It's done. Now we support both two versions. The 0.10.0 version is located at /opt/openocd-0.10.0/ path.
