Move to paho.mqtt.VERSION2 #62

Updated the callbacks to use VERSION2. Fixes #60.

Also added a test to verify the MQTT publishing from the gateway.

The PR also has minor fixes in the SDK to:

  1. send the correct endpointAppsExt schema name
  2. Updated MQTT callbacks
  3. Send pass key correctly from the sample app
