Create do it all setup script #9

The setup.sh script should install all dependencies (e.g. docker, pigpio). add udev rules, start docker compose.

Note: all important stuff shall be stored in an ".env" file.

add setup prompt to user for whether to install and setup mosquitto or uses existing broker
