Device Management metadata needed #21

We need to address Device Management metadata, e.g., metadata related to bootstrapping and registering a device, operation management, firmware update etc.

A number of modular definitions can be found in the OMA LWM2M Device Management objects, which are defined in Appendix E of the LWM2M specification:
