A Capability to monitor concentration of gases in the ambient air. #42

This looks good. I want to make sure I understand the units enumeration. Do we constrain the units for concentration of a gas in air to either parts per million or percent? If there is some other unit, like %LEL (Lower Explosive Limit) can we also accommodate, or for the mine safety gear do we need to make a different capability definition because this is specifically concentration in air and not LEL, etc.?

Some concentrations are measured in equivalent human dosage e.g. toxic gases, so I assume these would be excluded also?

I guess the question is if we want to make the capability apply to gas concentration in general or constrain it to the use case(s) we want to enable now?

Is there is another definition you are preparing for air quality? Air quality may have the broader set of use cases as I mention above.
