Short names for units #55

Corrected JSON-LD syntax issue in core, capability and unit files. Added short names for all the units except VoltAmpereHours, KiloVoltAmpereHours, MegaVoltAmpereHours, GigaVoltAmpereHours, TeraVoltAmpereHours. The short names are added by referring to IEC 61360 - Common Data Dictionary Standard.

When checking the CDD I see some derivations from the short names listed there. E.g. Celsius:

your proposal: cel
according to https://cdd.iec.ch/cdd/iec61360/iec61360.nsf/Units/0112-2---62720%23UAA033 : °C

The same applies to other units. Sometimes also upper/lowercase is mixed, e.g. for LitrePerMinute, which should be l/min instead of L/min.

Still unresolved is issue #51 and #52. Would you also fix that?

I'm quite happy with the proposals. For those like volt-ampere-hours I propose VAh and alike,
