Move to CMake #91

Converted single old Makefile to cmake system.

Issue #64

Just a note: I've made CMakeLists.txt for all modules, including ones that are going through refactoring, and will soon be moved, renamed, split, etc.

These refactorings will be done in issue records for respective modules, including changes to cmake files.

I'd like this to be merged before #89 if possible.
