As I've commented in #71, policy_updater is here modified from original plan to make it as a thread, as it made more sense to me this way. If this is ok, this diagram would need to be modified, as here PAP policy loader communicates with policy updater through API calls, not inter-thread communication: https://i.ibb.co/RYpsXNC/Access-Structure-v0-3-Policy-Update-4.png
