Description

The runtime (#2) should check an Actor/System's startup dependencies when spawning it to ensure that they exist. If not, it should shut down the application.

Requirements

Runtime checking when spawning dependents
- Trait to coerce dependencies into checkable type
- Macro impl for tuple types
