Refactor attach_to_tangle method for transaction hash validation
Increase test coverage, add tests for:
- Bundle validation
- Transaction ordering within bundles
- Transaction indexing
- Attachment timestamps
- Transaction hash validation
Remove DEBUG symbols from ccurl library - no more debug messages on stdout
Add logger to ccurl interface on INFO level
Remove obsolete example
