After installing and running it, it just produces 404 Not found as output on port 2019 ict:0.5

The CHAT.ixi GUI should be accessible from host:2187/modules/CHAT:ixi, host:2019 is just the api

Yes, and that API does error 404. All it says.

Have you tried deleting web/dist/modules/CHAT.ixi and reinstalling chat.ixi?
