Private tangle docs 02_run_iri.sh disregards milestones signature scheme #110

Bug description

Helper script 02_run_iri.sh does not run IRI taking into account the sigMode and security configuration parameters from config.json.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Change sigMode to KERL
  2. Bootstrap a private Tangle
  3. No milestone are validated by IRI.

Am I planning to do it myself with a PR?
