Make version selector more flexible #249

We can currently add a version selector by adding versioned folders at the top level of a project. Sometimes we may need to version only a single guide instead of the whole project. For example, we may want to version the MAM API reference.

Closing this as we have solved it with a new content architecture on the documentation repo.
