[ ] Decrease epoch length of the docker network so we can observe changes over epoch boundaries.
[ ] Add interactive scripts which gets top stakers from API, then asks the user to select one to delegate to.
[ ] Claim delegator rewards.

Do we need to have the FromAlias (used to be FromAccount) in the delegation params? We don't specify which account actually owns the delegated funds, they are just owned by an address, so maybe we can remove this parameter and we simply delegate to an account address.
