Hi,
I did claim the Shimmers and that was my last activity movement in Firefly Shimmer.
The problem is that now in my account I do not have any Shimmer. I do not have ledger nano and I storage them in Firefly Shimmer.

Do you know why could happen that?

Description
The last movement in my Firefly Shimmer account was to introduce the Shimmer token in my account however, there are no Shimmer tokens in my account. I am unsure which is the issue as it was a movement done on September 2022. Need support to find the tokens.
Expected behaviour
To appear the tokens in my account.
Actual behaviour
1.920 Shimmer token missing.
