Update and refactor static/img folder structure #604

Describe the solution you'd like

We should restructure static/img to have the same restructure as the content it is used in. So a image in about_iota/what_is_iota should also be in static/img/about_iota_what_is_iota. This also gives us a better possibility to organise images in infographics

This means we should also move images from external repos into subfolders so we can detect where the images are coming from.

This is now needed as with (single-plugin) versioning it could get complicated
