Force depth 0

Description

As compass is using depth 1, we force our gtta to always be depth 0

Fixes some issues with GTTA spammers, makes the network faster as well

All tests still work fine. ive chosen to leave them as is to not introduce accidents. Once we remove the depth parameter everywhere, we should change the tests as well
