Feature Request: Auto Upgrades #425

I got many issues because of the newest version 1.4.1.4. While many upgraded really fast, there are some neighbors which are still not on 1.4.1.4. That result in a huge trouble for me. For now they are all removed. I don't like this trouble so I suggest to have a auto-upgrade. So, people cannot stick to a old version.

@brunoamancio Thanks, but I already use it :) That's not the point. My neighbors are not fast enough in upgrading. And that's a huge issue.
