i can not tie my wallet to tengle

i can not see money into my wallet. I opened my wallet and bought coins 01 October 2017, the last time I saw coins in a wallet in early January. A couple of days ago I did not find coins in my purse. Help to understand this problem. To link the address to the Tengl I can not write that "unsuccessfully"
