zero balance #364

just opened up my wallet vers 2.4.0 and i have zero balance [history is zero], when in fact i should have 2 transactions receive only

note my seed is not kept on my system

suggestions on restoring my correct balance? thanks Liz_downunder

how do you generate addresses?

thanks wonkytonky - i now have the correct total amount, however the individual trans are still showing as pending with zero next to them (one over 24 hours) the other over ten. what could be holding up?

IOTA needs to create a cold wallet solution that fixes this issue dont you think?

I have nothing but problems constantly with the wallet. It's frustrating. The idea of the tangle is great, sadly delivery is not.

Address attached successfully. Still zero balance. All my funds gone it seems. Recommendation to all. Don't put any money into this until these problems are sorted.

I have had this same problem and have tried generating addresses but it just gives me an Invalid transaction hash error message

After the update to 2.5.1. – IRI 1.4.0 I still have the problem that my balance is zero. My node configuration is: Host: Service.iotasupport.com:14265

Min Weight Magnitude: 14

Curl Implementation: Webgl 2 Curl implementation

Of course I tried to generate adresses and attach them to the tangle (many times in the last 3 days). The balance of 7.500 IOTA is still gone.

I also checked the seed many times, I am 100% sure that it is correct. Do you have any idea what I can do further?

I have generated 26 addresses in total none of which unfortunately have ever reflected my old IOTA balance.
