IOTA disappeared from wallet... #452

Hi all,

my IOTA seem to have disappeared from my wallet and I don't see any transactions within my wallet :(. I hope someone can help me on this. I have my seed written down and checked 5 times that I entered it correctly.

Here is the TX ID from my transferral from Bitfinex to my IOTA wallet: https://iotasear.ch/transaction/YVY9IQF9IMABIEF9NXMAAUDVQQIQRBQHLCMQDIPAGIBQFF9AUDDGIXLWEELHBYMKDQZCLUFRRLCY99999

Not sure if it is relevant. I just upgraded to the wallet 2.5.4 from 2.3.1 (because that cannot connect to any node anymore)

Is there any other information I can provide to possibly resolve this?

Thanks I used this tool and my proof transaction was confirmed. Will wait for step 2 then.

Still no tokens visible after reclaim tool and adress generaton! I have run through the reclaim tool and generated a new seed.

Logged into the wallet with the new seed and generated 38 adress and attached them to the tangle. Still no tokens. Can someone please help me? bildschirmfoto 2017-12-01 um 17 32 41

I can find the address in one of the snapshots, thats why I used the reclaim tool btw.
