IOTA Balance is 0 after wallet update to v2.5.4

I've updgraded my iota wallet to v2.5.4 and clicked "attach to tangle" more than 40 times. My Balance was still 0. Next I started the reclaim tool to generate a new seed. After Login again with the new seed the balance was still 0. Where are my iotas????

after reclaim (you did see your old balance?) and login in with new seed, click multiple times on attach to tangle. Go on till you see your old balance. So first reclaim -> then click multiple times on attach to tangle (not the other way around). Worked for me.

First of all, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately after reclaim I did not see my old balance (the balance was still 0). Of coarse I did attach to tangle multiple times (for hours). I did this with my old seed as well as with my new seed. The balance is still 0.

I have same problem too. I searched over internet and found two solutions :

1) click attach to tangle over and over again 2) use reclaim tool

I tested both methods but my balance is 0.

I funded my iota wallet at 19 august through bitfinex and when I see the blockchain. I can see money moved from my address to another address on 23 August !! I am not familiar with iota blockchain, is it natural?

Hello

I've found the same two Solutions, I've tried everything. I think my Iota are lost (or they got stolen). I almost had a heart attack yesterday, I really hate the tangle System now.

My iota couldn't hacked or stolen. because I have other coins run on same PC that doesn't move! this problem should resolve or everybody should warn about this high risk coin.
