Also attached is a screenshot..
Share your hash , i can help you
Hi @mrbianchi ... thanks. I put the hash I get now above the screenshot. There was a different hash previously when I initially received the "Proof transaction confirmed" message (see screenshot). That transaction hash is linked below
@jorma @mrbianchi have you gotten a resolution to this problem? I'm getting the same error after going through the same steps as @jorma .
Sounds like you’ve completed phase one. Then there’s phase two which is a manual process. Developers are working to release the new wallet and properly validate fund transfers from last snapshot.

@ThomasPepperz sorry but that's not the case. This is before the Reveal transaction is confirmed, and after discussing this with people on the IOTA slack channel I discovered that it happens in certain cases where the reveal transaction is reattached multiple times.
This is a bug with the current wallet that will be fixed in a newer version of the wallet.
@jorma for now, I have been able to resolve my issue by building the wallet directly from this PR that was submitted by one of the IOTA devs, and reattaching from this new build:
https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/pull/516
If you're not familiar with how to do this, then you can just wait until the newest wallet is released for this to be resolved or reach out to @chrisdukakis who helped me. Good Luck!
Hi @dnorth
Thanks for the info. I was also able to resolve the issue with the error message by working with one of the admins on Slack. Still hoping that everything works out with the reclaim process.
Hi, I have the same problem. What should I do? Thank you very much
Hi @Alexzys
I recommend joining the IOTA Slack channel and reaching out to one of the admins there. I was not able to resolve this issue without the assistance of one of the admins so I can not provide details how to fix.
Make sure you only get assistance from an admin and not others on the Slack channel. To do this, on the General IOTA Slack channel click the vertical three dots in the top right and choose "Workspace Directory" -> "Admins" .... there should be about 31 of them. I recommend documenting all of your details and pinging one of them for assistance.
My reclaim transaction has been confirmed, but I have not received any coins from the IOTA Foundation yet. Hopefully that will happen soon. It is still a wait and hope situation for me right now honestly.
My iota address is listed as CURL_NOT_TRANSITIONED on the .txt file provided and it shows the correct balance. I am trying to use the Reclaim Tool so I can receive the funds at a new address with my new seed. It took a long time of continually reattaching but I was finally able to get to the point of having the reclaim tool say "Proof Transaction confirmed" (see screenshot below). Unfortunately I never received the address that I will be able to receive my iota at. I hit the send button to send my key and it stalled again so I reattached. Now I logged in again and it is back to "Proof transaction is pending" and when I click REATTACH an error pops up "Invalid tail transaction supplied". Tried from multiple computers and receive the same message. Really hoping I will be able to get my iota back... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get to the point of being able to receive the new address and confirmation so when IOTA foundation sends out the coins I can receive them.
I am happy to provide any additional details. Please let me know and I can provide. Thanks!
