reclaim tool not working #669

Updated to latest wallet version, now reclaim tool running non-stop with no success. Balance still at '0'. Suggestions??????

BEEN TRYING TO RECOVER MY MISSING IOTA FOR 5 DAYS WITH NO SUCCESS!!! WHERE IS IOTA SUPPORT????? SOME RESPONSE WOULD HELP TO CLARIFY THE SITUATION. WHERE IS EVERYONE????
