Access refused #720

Good day, i cannot access my account as it says access refused. how do i get back into my wallet

try changing the node configuration (Tools - Edit node configuration). You can check node health at https://iota.dance/nodes. Pick a healthy node and you're good to go.

Thank you . Unfortunately i will need an iota professional to try recover this account as i can access new generated accounts but not the one that has my coins in the wallet. It says network error cannot access node account. Any help will do

SanderLesage can you please explain this issue step by step, I have tried everything and my IOTA is still out of reach. Newbie style please:)

Hello everybody !

I'm in the same boat... I'd generated seed 2 weeks ago and no problem to connect it. But today i've a big problem : when i wanted to login, i had " CONNECTION REFUSED " I've generate a new seed and no problem with it : i can loggin. All my iota are in the old seed and i don't know how recover my account / seed .... If somebody can help us, i'm grateful on it. Thx
