hi help!!! #732

I started the reclaim tool in IOTA light wallet 2,54, used my old seed and put in a new seed. Hit go and it has been saying loading for almost 24 hours with a cog spinning... I need to shut my laptop down. Does it normally take 24hours + ?

Will I lose my IOTA? can I restart it later?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hey! Have you checked your newly generated seed by logging in through it and attaching it's address to the tangle? Just try that; maybe it will help!

oh ok no, I just made the seed in keepass and then used it as the new seed in the recovery tool - I will try that. thanks
