not received my iota but is confirmed in iota search ??? pls advise #736

please advise me !! i gave the sender of my purchased iota, my wallet address to send to me, but i didn't attach address to tangle so its not showing in history although payment was confirmed 12hrs ago on iota search nothing has yet entered my iota wallet version 2.5.4 can anyone tell me if i did something wrong this is my first transaction
