On a serious note, could we get some of these cleaned up? Most of these issues belong on https://iotatangle.slack.com/ & https://forum.helloiota.com/ - Maybe putting these links at the top of the README would help lessen this.

Me? It's a big inconvenience for those who are considering integrating iota and not being able to see what sort of bugs the wallet currently has. For example, the bug tag has only been used once...from over a year ago https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/issues/9 - Needless to say, I'm not going to devote my time and effort into something that has no clear process of identifying and handling bugs.
