I make a transaction to that adress https://thetangle.org/address/ZYERC9OHAIVKOHOPYELVBOEWFZZHYZWCFCAKQJHTDHN9RDUDMVHWCGKIILKBCUTYPSMFKMETJSNTVDPLD

But it is still 0 Balance. Please help me to understand that problem.

I have the same problem, I have been trying to send IOTA from light wallet since 3 days ago. It is still pending. I tried to rebroadcast and reattach multiple times, no luck.
