improvement: update EVM, ERC721NFTs UX improvements #3450

updates go-ethereum to v1.14.5, implements support for: EIP-1153 EIP-6780

improves ERC721NFTs contract by:

returning a user-friendly error when the NFT does not exist,
returning non-empty name and symbol (for explorer)
adds attributes to TokenURI, taken from IRC27 metadata

Adds a migration to update the bytecode of ERC721NFTs on the live networks
