Provide Whitepaper source #9

It would be great if this repo included the source for the whitepaper (LaTex or some markup format) so that I can render it in epub and mobi format. If this is added I will submit a PR adding the epub and mobi format.

I want to read this awesome paper on my Kindle!

https://iota.org/IOTA_Whitepaper.pdf is the address, IOTA_Whitepaper.pdf that is the file, let me know if you need more

maybe I'm supposed to add the file and submit a pull request referencing the open issue, but I don't know how to do that.
