Newly named files used for content. Also, the api-services-book.yml file was missing. Removed old files.

I think hyperlinks are not correct, please check them,

for example, it should be "Developing an AGL Image(../../getting_started/reference/getting-started/image-workflow-intro.html)" section. instead of "Developing an AGL Image(../../../../../../getting_started/en/dev/reference/image-workflow-intro.html)" section.
