Hi, I have bought Prime 3 Haptic XR gloves. But when I try to test the manus core - sdk2.3.0.1 by running SDKMinimalClient in Windows Visual Studio, the manus core pop up that the dongle does not have license. When I check the Devices: Dongles, it indeed display Unlicensed status.

check the SDK website it also says: The functionality described requires a MANUS Bodypack or a MANUS license dongle containing one of these licenses to be connected: Core Pro Core XR Core Xsens Pro Core Qualisys Pro Core OptiTrack Pro Demo. But it seems costly and needs to be renew every year.

Hi! Thanks for your question. Unfortunately I don’t know the answer to it. We’re a 3rd party that built this package to release as open source and not officially affiliated with Manus. I would suggest contacting their customer support team directly with your question about licensing. They should be able to help you out. On Jul 2, 2024, at 7:26 PM, linhangdong @.***> wrote: Hi, I have bought Prime 3 Haptic XR gloves.
