Popped-out windows need font colors fixed #1

When sidebar is collapsed, and a tab is clicked, the window pops out. The background of the popped-out window makes text hard to read. Need to inverse colors from when window is popped-IN.

Gone back to semi-transparent popout windows until I can research this more. Leaving open for final solution.
